David’s career began in communications for a national political non-profit before transitioning to fundraising and advocacy with Richard Viguerie’s American Target Advertising. After nearly a decade there, David became CEO of American Media Source, a firm specializing in political news and action. He eventually launched a new media brand, American Liberty News, devoted to empowering Americans with news and tools to act on their values. Beyond his professional life, David enjoys family time, motorcycle riding, woodworking, welding, and relaxing at his West Virginia mountain cabin.

Greg Bryce serves as the Editor-in-Chief for Evolution Digital Media.
Greg holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School.
He has spent much of his career in politics, specifically email marketing, publishing, and media.
Greg focuses on email deliverability, ad optimization, and subject line generation. He takes pride in providing engaging content to our readers on a daily basis.
Originally from Michigan, Greg now resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and son.

Jeff grew up with a ringside seat to the Iowa caucuses and always looked forward to these contests. He knew from an early age that his involvement in our democracy would go beyond voting for candidates and causes he supports.
Since earning a BA in political science, Jeff has lobbied members of Congress on important legislation, helped manage campaigns for political candidates and served as a communications strategist for multiple media brands and content partners.
While he loves hiking and scuba diving, his greatest joy comes from enjoying downtime with his wife.

Tracy Allman Dietz

Tracy Dietz serves as the CEO of DonorBureau. Formerly, she was Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at L2 a leading provider of enhanced political data. Dietz grew the relatively small operation into a dominant force in the industry driving both revenue and new product development. During her tenure, Tracy was integral in expanding L2 to a national data provider and was a dominant force behind the development of L2’s online data and analytics platform.

During the 2016 election, Dietz was a fixture at the CBS News Decision Desk doing data analysis throughout the long primary season and on the night of the general election. Before L2 Dietz served as Associate Publisher of Campaigns & Elections Magazine, the trade journal of the campaign industry.

Dietz was an AAPC 40-under-40 winner and one of Campaigns & Elections 50 Influencer’s changing the future of politics.

Tracy is on the Board of the American Association of Political Consultants and Accuracy In Media.

Tracy holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time if she isn’t golfing, she’s following her two daughters, Addison & Charley, to dance competitions.

Matt Hafer

Matt’s early career was spent at Capital One, where he learned the power of analytical segmentation, targeting, split testing, and early applications of data science and Artificial Intelligence. Matt later moved on to Asurion, a wireless services company, where he applied those philosophies to drive changes in pricing, underwriting and fraud management. After an explosive period of company growth that mirrored Capital One, his desire to find a small, entrepreneurial company and a noble mission led him to the CEO role at HSP Direct, a fundraising agency.

Under Matt’s leadership, the company achieved tremendous success for its clients and 300% top line growth in three years despite the challenging economic environment during and after the 2008 recession. The success of the company’s new analytical targeting initiative caught his eye. Because its true power could only be unleashed with significant industry participation (as in the consumer finance world, with consumer credit bureaus) it became strategically imperative to spin off Precision Prospecting into an independent entity, working with all organizations and agencies. The company was named DonorBureau, and has made tremendous impact on hundreds of nonprofit organizations since its inception in 2011.

Matt received a BS in engineering from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University. His favorite hobby is traveling the US and the world with his children and the rest of his family.
