Evolution Digital Media, LLC (EDM) Standard IO Terms
The following Terms are a modification of the IAB Standard Terms and Conditions V 3.0 The entirety of the IAB Standard Terms and Conditions V 3.0 shall be in force unless modified or superseded by the terms outlined here.
Deployment specific Insertion Order terms will be made available and via the DonorBureau/EDM Hub.
Reporting:
All available reporting will be made available through the EDM/DonorBureau Hub.
For List Owners/Deployers/Brokers:
We will update send quantity and other relevant deployment metrics within the EDM/DB Hub generated from my deployment of the creative in this offer to data that I own and/or manage for the Effective Dates permitted in by the offered creative. If an offer allows for remission of donor or other data, that data will be made available through the EDM/DonorBureau Hub.
Payment terms:
I acknowledge that tracking for gross and net revenue will be provided by EDM/DB, and that payment will be made to me 30 days after EDM/DB collects funds generated from my performance of this Insertion Order.
Cancellation/Termination:
I acknowledge that the offering agency and/or DB/EDM may cancel or terminate a rental at any time for any reason.
